Our group Umrah packages include roundtrip flight tickets, hotel accommodations, guided tours led by students of knowledge, Ziyarah visits in Madinah and Makkah, daily breakfast (suhoor during Ramadan), the Bani Adam Care Package, a private villa evening, lectures and reminders, ihram garments, an Umrah seminar, visa processing, ground transportation throughout the trip, and a Haramain High-Speed Train journey between Madinah and Makkah.

Tailored Add-Ons
Activities like horseback riding, go-karting, and archery are available at an additional cost, with transportation to the activity locations included in your package.
Meals
While breakfast/suhoor and selected meals are covered, some meal times are left open for you to explore the culinary variety of Makkah and Madinah.

Yes, you can. Just choose the International Package when booking—it includes everything except the flights.
Please note: airport transfers aren’t included unless you arrive at the same time as the main group. If not, we can arrange a pickup for you at an additional cost.

For most of our trips, the deposit is $499 USD. The exact amount may vary slightly depending on the trip and package.
Yes, a visa is required for Umrah, and it’s included in our package for most travelers. If you hold a U.S., Canadian, European, or Australian passport, we’ll handle the visa for you as part of the package.
If you don’t hold one of these passports but live in those countries (e.g. with a green card or permanent residency), a different type of visa is needed. This comes with an additional fee of $100 USD, which can easily be added during checkout. We’ll still assist with the entire process.

All our group packages start in Madinah. Beginning in Madinah allows you to spiritually and mentally prepare before performing Umrah. You’ll also attend our in-person Umrah seminar there, so you can feel confident and ready to perform your Umrah correctly and without mistakes.
We travel on the Haramain High-Speed Train, the fastest and most comfortable way to get between the two cities. It’s a smooth journey that lets you relax and enjoy the ride with your group, arriving in Makkah in just a few hours—no traffic, no hassle.

We ensure our guests stay in the finest 5-star hotels. Pullman Zamzam Madinah and Hilton Convention Hotel Makkah are among our preferred choices. However, we may occasionally select other hotels of equal or superior quality, all conveniently located within a short walking distance of the Haramain.The selected hotels for each trip are clearly displayed in the package details.
Yes, you can add pre- or post-trip accommodation in Makkah or Madinah, or even customize an extended itinerary to suit your needs. Simply let us know after your booking, and we’ll take care of the arrangements. Please note that these options come at an additional cost.
Yes, you can join as a solo traveller (brothers only), with friends, as a couple, or with family. Our group trips offer a welcoming environment for everyone, allowing you to connect and share the experience as brothers and sisters in Islam.
Sisters must be accompanied by a mahram. For those seeking a more personalized experience, we also offer private packages for families or individuals..
If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation policy applies:
More than 60 days before the trip:
Your deposit can be rolled over to a future trip or used for another Bani Adam service, with no expiration date.
59–35 days before the trip:
You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount, excluding the deposit.
34–15 days before the trip:
You can receive a 25% refund of the total amount, excluding the deposit.
14 days or less before departure:
No refund will be provided.
However, at any stage, if you are able to find a replacement traveler to take your spot, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
For packages that include flights, any cancellation or changes related to the flight ticket after it has been issued or confirmed will depend on the policy of the airline booked. Airline ticket rules, including refund eligibility and fees, are subject to the specific terms set by the carrier.
