was simply exceptional, the brother was readily available to respond to any queries I had and in constant contact throughout the trip to ensure everything was going as planned. The guides they provided were very informative and self explanatory, hugely beneficial if it is your first time doing umrah and without a group. The team at Bani Adam Tours even went as far as physically visiting the hotel we were staying at before we arrived to check us in ensuring we were able to go straight to our room when we arrived in Madina without having to wait in a queue at the reception. Alhamdulilah I got the opportunity to experience the group tour in Ramadan just 6 weeks after my initial visit and it was everything that I thought it would be! The whole trip was beneficial in increasing knowledge as there was constant seminars/lectures from the ustadhs, everything was in accordance with the sunnah and the activities such as horse riding, go-karting and football just added to the brotherhood experience. I am not exaggerating when I say Bani Adam Tours will go above and beyond to provide an exceptional service which is what sets them apart, I have personally had two great experiences using Bani Adam Tours now and will recommend them to anyone considering going umrah whether it be alone or as part of a group.

The Tours in Makkah and Madina were very informative. Both brothers were on time, very accommodating, answered all questions and both said if we had any questions then they're happy to be asked.*Visa*When I was in Makkah, I met at least 3 sisters that had issues with their visa,were informed to leave their hotel etc because of the date where visitors needed to leave. Me and my family didn't have these issues and this was also taken care of by Bani Adam Tours.
Overall, a great service and I have and will continue to recommend to others visiting Saudi in'sha'Allah!
